- Secure cabinets for data storage

to their systems.

- For data held electronically, data is password protected and
passwords are changed frequently

TDNett Knowledge & its employees (time of joining) and TDNett
Knowledge & Third party suppliers (if contracted)
- Manual data are shredded when deemed not required
Data Access/Transmission
- Data accessed through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) with an
IP (Internet Protocol) firewall is created
- Data is accessed only over the VPN via the Internet or dedicated
leased line
- Secured FTP access with 128-bit encryption
- Personal information not transferred - Masked using encryption
technology
To prevent unauthorized access to Data from outside
- Firewall - access to only specific IPs
- Access only via login id and passwords
- Inactive sessions expire in 10 minutes
To protect data loss
- Uninterrupted Power Supply available
- Alternate power back up also in place
- Fireproof cabinets for manual data
- Fire Prevention equipment installed at premises
- Back-up of data taken on CD
